The Sharing Form

What you need

When sharing, you'll have to provide three things:

  1. A brief description of what's on your mind.

  2. As many relevant details as possible to help everyone get on the same page.

  3. Some tags to help identify and organize your message.

Anonymity

Sharing is by default 100% anonymous. However, you can toggle a switch that allows you to share your name with your organization's leaders.

Visibility

When you share, you can choose whether you want your message shared only with your organizations leaders (the default setting) or if you'd like it posted to the bulletin board.

Please note however that a leader will have the ability to hide items if the topic is deemed too sensitive. We highly encourage full transparency, but somethings are better left private. We believe this is ultimately in the best interest of everyone.
