To share what's on your mind - with 100% anonymity - visit your organization's public feedback page. All that's asked is that you provide a subject line, a message and tag the feedback based on its category.

Have an idea that you think will benefit your workplace? Experiencing a tough situation? Curious about how a specific policy affects your coworkers?

These are just some of things Thanks For Sharing will help you start discussion around.

When sharing please consider these two helpful tips:

  • Keep it constructive

    • Sometimes a particular subject raises a lot of emotion. Sharing is most effective when you can provide as many thoughtful details about a subject in addition to stating how it makes you feel. This helps provide a clearer idea of actionable steps everyone can take.

  • Keep it positive

    • There's no need to hide frustration, but try your best to also think about and share the positive outcomes you hope to see. This will help prevent the conversation from staying stuck in the past and also help move the topic forward

  • Use anonymity thoughtfully

    • All feedback is by default 100% anonymous, but please use it in good faith. We encourage you to share your name and be open to continuing the conversation.
