We highly encourage full transparency and recommend you be thoughtful about removing items from the employee view, however sometimes a particular piece of feedback or comment might need to be hidden due to being of a particularly sensitive or inflammatory nature.

In this case, you can hide a comment by clicking on the eye icon in the top right corner of the comment. When a comment is hidden, you'll notice a red colored eye.
