All organizations automatically receive a free 14 day trial. After this period, the account owner will need to add their billing info to continue or the account will be frozen (meaning no one will be able to access or submit feedback).

• $3/user

• First 5 employees are free

Navigate to "Account Information" and in the "Plan information" section, click on the button and you will be directed to our billing page. Once there, provide your billing information, click subscribe and you're good to go! Your subscription will automatically renew after each billing period.
