We like to think we're a pretty flexible bunch, but there are some core principles that we wont budge on.
1. Privacy is Critical
Whatever you share in Thanks For Sharing will only be seen by the people you choose. As an employee, anything you share is defaulted to be anonymous. Behind the scenes, no one at Thanks For Sharing will be able to read any of the messages in an organization's space.
2. Equal Treatment & Unwavering Support
Your success is our success. It's that simple. Whatever you need from us, we're going to do our absolute best to accommodate - it doesn't matter if you're a big or small customer.
3. Constant Improvement
We're always striving to be better. Make a better product by listening to your feature requests. Contribute more to our society and planet. Answer your emails with a bit more speed and clarity. Being a small independent business should have no bearing on our ability to constantly better ourselves and the experiences of our customers.
