User Roles

Thanks For Sharing provides various levels of access to organization employees.

Roles

Account Owner - Access to everything. They all the access features of Leaders plus the ability to adjust billing and close the account.

Leaders - Access to the organization inbox where they view, bookmark and upvote feedback and add users.

Employees - Access to the Bulletin Board and can submit feedback.

Changing Roles

Changing roles takes less than a minute to do.

Navigate to Settings, click on Users, and click on the pencil icon for the user. In the popup, you will be able to adjust the role.
