Creating Tags

Thanks For Sharing provides organizations a list of default tags that allow them to more easily sort and track the feedback they receive.

The default list of tags contains a broad set of categories that should pertain to all your needs. However, should you wish to add more, you can navigate to "Tags" in the settings and add custom ones.

We encourage you to be thoughtful about your tags as too many can become confusing and lower the effectiveness of insights.
